Argent Labs runs ARGENT. This describes what we collect and why. We collect as little as the service can work with.
What we collect
Your email address. It is the account. We sign you in by sending a link to it, and we use it for service email — a beta seat opening, a billing notice, a change to these terms.
Your prompts and output. Stored so you can come back to your work.
Basic technical logs. IP address, browser, timestamps — kept briefly to find faults and stop abuse.
We do not ask for your name, your address, or your phone number. We do not run advertising trackers.
Cookies
One cookie, holding your session so you stay signed in. It is required for the site to function and there is nothing to consent to beyond using the service. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Who else sees it
Processors that run the service on our behalf: hosting, database and authentication, and email delivery. Each is bound by contract to use the data only to provide their part.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as the account exists. Delete your account and we remove your profile and your generations within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records for tax purposes. Technical logs are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@argent.example and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
