Legal
Content policy
Updated 30 July 2026
What you may and may not make with ARGENT. Short, because the line is not complicated.
Not allowed
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form, real or generated. This is reported, not warned about.
- Non-consensual sexual imagery, including undressing or sexualising a real identifiable person.
- A real identifiable person presented as saying or doing something they did not, where it could be taken as genuine.
- Content made to deceive: fake documents, fake evidence, fabricated news imagery, impersonation of an organisation.
- Material that promotes violence against a group, or that exists to harass a particular person.
- Instructional imagery for weapons, explosives, or drug synthesis.
Allowed, with care
Editorial and artistic work that is dark, violent or political is allowed. So is satire and parody of public figures, as long as it reads as satire rather than as evidence.
Likeness and trademark are your responsibility. Our licence covers what the model makes; it does not grant you rights over a face, a logo, or a building someone else owns. If a real person or brand is recognisable in your output, clearing that is on you.
How this is enforced
Prompts are checked automatically, and reports are reviewed by a person. A first breach usually means a blocked generation and a warning. Deliberate or repeated breaches end the account. Content involving minors is escalated to the relevant authorities immediately.
If we get it wrong, reply to the notice and a person will look again. Report abuse to abuse@argent.example.
